Not really. More mindless questions about Vanguard, Kennedy gave a closing statement that basically called Alito a liar, but that isn't really surprising.
Let's see, the libs are dissing Judge Alito right and left
(P. Leahy and C. Schumer are on C-Span right now calling him a liar and accusing him of "inconsistency" and how he's "shied away from answering" their questions--many of the panel have already cited how MUCH he's answered questions as opposed to previous nominees notwithstanding)--
I think that about covers it.
Oh, and Kennedy made an idiot of himself with his last minute tirade against the judge, accusing him of bigotry, sexism, racism, and every other -ism you can think of.
Same old, same old. The dems. pile out of their clown car, throw the pail of water at Judge Alito, realize it's confetti, jump back into their clown car, and drive off for a break. Although I do expect kennedy to eventually try to put his head in a lion's mouth for excitement on their side.
