Probably?????? Meirs on her best day could not even come close to Alito on his worst day.

Alito so far is clearly the best of the three nominiees.

Alito has so much more substance than Roberts does as far as the questions go.

Judge Alito gives more content because of his experiences, but I think Chief Justice Roberts was far smoother in his delivery.

Roberts was as automatic as any nomination I've ever seen in the Senate at any level. What remains to be seen is whether or not the democrats are being successful in their back-room meetings with the likes of Snowe, Collins,McCain et al.
