At all. I simply want SC Judges that do not add or take away from the Constitution. If we are blessed enough to get that, we will have achieved our goals. The 10th Amendment has taken a beating for the last 3 decades. I sometimes get very upset at the way FReepers jump for joy when an activist judge "activates" in a direction that is preferable to "our side" and scream when it goes "the other way."
Legislating from the bench is bad -- period. That it happens to coincide with some agenda should be irrelevant.

Hello,
Total agreement with what you said. When it comes to the Constitution, it is not our side vs. the other side. If it is there, fine. If it not, fine. We have had judges MAKE UP what it says. That needs to stop.
