""He can remember all 67 dissents ... in great details," he said of Alito and his judicial record. "But he can't remember anything about this organization." "

I am curious about Hillary and the 900 FBI files she doesn't recall misplacing.

That will not do. When he gets on on the court he has to become a Barbara Boxer crossdresser and chant "BOOOsh is a liar."

Feinstein, after writing Kennedy's script, shows onlookers what Monica did.

Someone on another thread said she was actually reacting to Lindsay Graham's tearful apology to them, and his kindness made her cry.

That is correct.

ugh. A man with long fingernails. A sign of mental illness. (There's a surprise.)

These Democrats are the worst type of junkyard dogs. There is NO excuse. None.

He's pro-murdering. That's why I couldn't ever vote for him.

It's not over. When the nomination gets to the Senate floor there will be a filibuster, led by Schumer. Then we'll see if the Pubbies have the 50 votes and the cajones to invoke the Nuclear Option.

Who gives a flying rip what the Democrats think or are convinced of?

Not me, and hopefully not George W Bush or Judge Alito!

I would doze too. Are you kidding me? No one can stomach there ongoing bags of wind, even their own.

Can anyone imagine the torture that Alito has to go through in having to attentively listen to all this crap?

It is enough alone to almost say forget about this SCOTUS anyway.

Torure. Pure torture...even for Democrats to listen to their own colleague's drivel!!!

"I find this as a recurring pattern, and it raises the question in my mind whether the average person, the dispossessed person, the poor person who finally has their day in court ... are going to be subject to the crushing hand of fate when it comes to your decisions."

Too bad Dick Durbin does not have such concern for the unborn. Talk about a "crushing hand." The Senator may kindly blow it out his ass.

>>> Can someone enlighten me? <<<

I'll give it a go. Alito professes to have joined the CAP because he believed that he was helping them oppose a movement to have ROTC (Reserve Officer Training Corps) banned from the campus. He says he had no other contact with them for anything other than this purpose, and said that he would have disavowed his membership if he had known that it had any homophobic or racist bias.

Now I may be into a bit of ancient history here, but there were thousands of Democrats running around in the 1950's saying that they believed that their sympathy's for the Communist Party was only helping feed the poor. Some of them are still holding office to this day.

Teddy Kennedy's father, Joe Kennedy, was recalled as Ambassador to Great Britain by Roosevelt because of his Nazi sympathy! He wrote notes in his capacity as a U.S. Ambassador supporting Hitler and the Third Reich!

So Sam Alito wanted to see the military be able to have a presence on campus only for those that chose to join!! Seems like an upstanding Patriotic proposition to me.....as opposed to Teddy's Dad.

You obviously are at a loss to discern the obvious. She came to tears at the relief of someone coming to the support of her husband following a disingenuous, savage attack on the character of the man she loved by a pack of undeserving, unthinking and unintelligent political vipers.

Their inability to compete with his intellect drove them to excess!

The deceit of the Democrats was on display for all to see. Some won't get it.

It seems like Alito's comments about CAP were hypothetical: If it as an organization spoke in a racist, etc., manner, I would not have been involved. That's OK with me. Earlier it seemed to me like he was accepting the Rats' characterization of the offending quotes as accurately characterizing CAP, which is unfair.
