"Absurd. Casting at straws." I think it's, "Grabbing at straws." Yes?

What, did they pay Graham to come to the white house?

"It could be a violation of the ethical duties of a senator."
Wishful thinking.
That's right up there with "I love you" ... "the check is in the mail" and ... "I won't ...

Okay flame me zot me - I know I know its the Village Voice - but I found it interesting how far the left will go to prevent Alito from being confirmed.

Interpreted by whom? By them, apparently.

The Democrats have already decided to block the nomination if they can get anything in the hearings that the media can spin into a justification. The 'how' is just a matter of finding a way the public can swallow.

I just have to hope that somewhere in the dank crawlspace beneath the DNC headquarters, many lemmings are in a deep panicked depression. They have to be!
I cannot believe that they allow Kennedy and Blowhardbiden to sit on the judicial committee. They are a total embarrassment to our nation. I can't believe grown men act like nothing but preening parrots and demented children. Biden suffers from narcissistic personality disorder and Kennedy is suffering dementia from several decades of alcholism. Are they truly what the rats want to represent them in the Senate?
LMAO...this is great stuff for conservatives. I hope Sam laughs himself silly each day when he leaves that building. I got on a laugh roll earlier watching Kennedy and just couldn't stop. This is funnier than the Comedy Channel!

After his sanctimonious appearance yesterday, I wouldn't mind Lindsey Graham getting in a little hot water.

The coaching session for Alito has raised a few eyebrows.
I think it aroused a whole lot more of these:

There's no law or rule that says a member of the committee has to be impartial. If that were true, then all the dems would have to go home.
