Is this news? I would think by now we would be working on the assumption there are hundreds of tunnels. Law enforcement have been find tunnels since the 80's.

While I have no problem with a security fence along the southern border, how can we stop the building of tunnels? Rather deep footings? We all know that the illegals will go "underground" in mass.
