They are going to charge improper conduct... he helped prepare him. Now Graham is flaking, Alito has no concept of taking money for a ruling... can he be that straight?
Well, at least he stood firm I guess.

I don't think that he[Graham] necessarily does. But I am wondering why Finegold, the opposition, cares who was involved in the process. I can't imagine that it is just harmless curiosity; can you? Graham didn't bring it up in his just ended question period, so that indicates that it is not a burning issue for him.
