I didn't catch all of it. Wolf Blitzer was talking about Kennedy releasing the letter that Specter said he didn't receive.

Blitzer said something about Russert refused to release the documents. I am almost positive that he mentioned Russert and Russert's refusal to release documents several times. It was 'breaking news', so Blitzer was giving it rather haphazardly. [I may have mis-heard what he was saying.]
