I have an ex-wife who puts the lie to your assertion that parenthood is a selfless activity. Perhaps you meant to say that parenthood doen well is a selfless activity, which is a different argument and does not support yours.
I could care less whether your are impressed or not. By the way, the policemen, firemen and roto rooter men of the future will only exist if the people of the present have children. Yet another example of how the wilfully childless demand the future pay for their present.
