I'm not saying that weed smokers automatically make bad judges, but I would have to guess that as a group Catholics produce far more good judges. Maybe thats just me.

I remember how easy Criminal Law came to me in law school, because I had learned the basic concepts in Catholic grade school: mens rea and culpability; venal v. mortal; etc.

The stupid lefty potheads (as opposed to the smart right wing ones we have here ;) should realize that justices in the mold of Alito, who emphasize restraining federal regulatory power, probably represent the greatest chance of changing the current status quo with regards to our current drug policy.
