That's not relevant to his responsibilities with respect to being a cleared employee with briefings on specific topics. I've seen stuff printed in the newspaper that I knew to be classified information. I would be in direct violation of my clearances to utter the same verbage. He doesn't get a pass on the caveats and penalties. Pulling his clearance just limits further access. When classified information is revealed, it comes with a signature on the document. You read it, sign it and shut the hell up. He needs a lifelong vacation at Leavenworth.
This had been "uncovered" when the county tax assessor sat down with the TRW people to tell them how much property tax they owed ~ blew the cover right in two!
