Plymouth, Mass. -- Police shot and killed a 16-year-old boy early Tuesday after he drove a car at them while fleeing the scene of a possible burglary attempt, authorities said.
The two officers opened fire, killing Anthony McGrath, following a high-speed chase that started at a liquor store in Plymouth.
"My son got a death sentence," the boy's mother, Denise McGrath, told reporters. "I want to know who killed my son for no reason at all."

In general, if someone is trying to kill you with a car then you are entitled to shoot at him.
Now if you step in front of a moving car it gets blurry.

Not really enough info to know for sure, but it does appear that the police acted in self defense.

To the mother: That is why he is dead. When you threaten the life of any police officer, you should expect some form of force to be taken- including getting shot. Glad to hear that there is 1 more dirtbag off the streets.

She should be charged with neglect and any other kids she has should be taken from her.
