"When you wish upon a lawsuit.."
What a completely frivolous lawsuit.
Cope's wife, Norika, and their two children suffered bruises and "severe and permanent mental pain," the suit says, as a result of the July 2004 mishap in which two train cars bumped each other as one neared the station.
If I was a judge, I sentence the whole family to two months on the Its a Small World ride.
I guess the ticket prices will go up now that Disney is going to have to pay. (like they weren't already high enough!)
Or maybe sentence the Pirates of Telluride to augment the cast of Pirates of the Caribbean!
The ticket prices keep going up because people keep paying the newly hiked prices.
permanent mental pain, huh? I have yet to meet anyone without pemanent mental pain. ok. maybe one or two.
If I sued every person and company that caused me mental and emotional pain ... well, I'd be in court for a very very long time.
