What I read - espacially in these threads, is that you folks don't care about it much plus you don't like the united nations as such - russia isn't cool either - china is a threat and if you pray to allah you're certainly an enemy...

There's overlap on moral, cultural, economical and security related topics in our societies. To turn these overlaps into a deeper transatlantic partnership is, what will keep our societies prosper - we both win.

Plus these things are quite more exciting to be talked about - because they might change something to our benefit. Things like how we can get rid of this monkey in Iran and how we could open our European minds to a little more self responsibility in a free economy instead of raising the states share of economic influence all the time.

Or maybe even how we can get rid of the economic dependency on oil as a fuel.

If we decide to focus on the things we cannot bring together we will loose - and I will be bored to death.
