I'm listening to this by radio. When Alito was responding to "not filling vaccumes in the law", all I hear is background coughing and stomping and I'm assuming the Dem's are doing it. Is anyone watching observing this?

I'm listening to it on NPR. It sounds to me that it is a concerted effort by the Dems to DISTRACT from Alito's answers.

Knowing how liberals operate, I'm pretty sure that is indeed the intent of the back ground noise distractions. (By the way... they work).
