Alito: Yes you are, the cops knew the drug dealer hid drugs on other people in the home, so they asked to search everyone when they got the warrent. I'm not happy they searched the 10yr old girl, I even said that in my dissent. This case was weather the cops were liable to be sued. And that wouldn't be possible if there was even the chance that a reasonable officer thought the warrent coverved it.

Rush reports that James Golden knows somebody there at the hearing and that the reporters covering the hearing are absolutely livid because the DemoncRATs haven't been able to do anything to Alito yet.
Someone who wants to make damn sure that child does not ingest dangerous drugs and is injured. My view is that the child HAD to be searched to protect the child from danger.
