Yes. My state Senator(Kyl). He's pointing out how Justice Breyer and others use the standards of several other nations(he names them) to make their rulings. Do those justices need a refresher course in how to uphold our constitution, or what?

"Appointed for life." We need to remember this, every single time a person is up for a seat on the appellate courts and the supreme court.

These judicial appointments are important. All of those libs judges looking to foreign courts to make decisions that effect Americans need to be impeached. Impeachment will never happen because of lifetime employment. Still we need to remember this when a lib is in the WH making these appointments. We need to fight the good fight, not only now with Bush in office, but when a lib is in office.
