Loaded FOR bear. I was getting angry at what they are allowed to do with impunity. loaded for bear (American, informal) ready and eager to deal with something that is going to be difficult. :-)
I thought you meant loaded FOR bear, but loaded TO bear was almost too good a play on the usual saying with an aside on fecundity.
