WE have always said that it would be easier for Pence to win the GOP's Presidential nomination than it would be to be elected Majority Leader. It is hard to get a bunch of RINOs that make up the House Conference to change their ways. This makes it more likely he will run for President.

Pence is about 40 votes shy,he could have compromised and gotten the votes, but he once again put the Conservative movement ahead of any personal gain.PENCE WILL HAVE MORE INFLUENCE as RSC chair than he would have had as a watered down majority leader.Pence will have a huge say in who the next Majority Leader will be.Blunt already owes Pence a ton.

sorry to hear this news. I think pence would have been an excellent leader of the house. maybe republicans would actually shrink government for once, or at least stop growing it.
