Don't you think that Bill Kristol's voice sounds like he gargles with Draino? He may think it is sexy, but it just sounds overworked like he screams a lot, maybe at unruly Kids. Either that or he works in a Lumber Mill on the side and screams to be heard above the Saw cutting the Logs.
