His name is pronounced like is is spelled Bayner, and he has been in the background much of the past few years, but is a good conservative. He looks like he has a permanent tan, and is nice looking fella from Ohio. He can be tough and of all the Reps so far named he would be my choice. I get tired of these People that keep pushing Spence for everything because they like his stance on two or three issues, we need a Conservative that can withstand the slings and arrows from his own party and the dirty dems,and still not look like he is a right wing wacko. I also want someone that is seasoned and has been around to see all the shenanigans that the Dirty Dims have pulled. He has a lot of experience in that aspect as he was part of the Taped telephone Republican Conference call that he was on with Newt Gingrich many years ago. The one that the Democrat activist couple from Florida illegally taped and ended up with Mcdermott gving the tape to the NewYork Slimes.He has been in litigation with McDermott about this and has won a few times through appeals,etc.
