Haven't worked hard enough for a full body ache...just most everything from the waist up.
I was aching everywhere the morning after the bookcase.
Between 4 hours of on the floor assembly, spliters and nicks.
The cart falling on me and heavy lifting, I thought I'd been through a mangler.
