Let me try again. It's "Those who think their in charge set the rules and those who are in charge lie down and let the losers walk all over them over". Yeah, I think I finally got it right now.

I saw a report on Hairball tonight...a Newsweak reporter is writing an article that says that when Duke Cunningham pled guilty to his "sins"...
he agreed to wear a "wire" to catch someone..or more than one person..
the author either didn't know..or wouldn't tell who the target of the wire was for...but, Chrissy was foaming at the mouth, thinking it was to get Delay, or any other Republican congresscritter.
