During a New Years party I had a "discussion" with an extremely "argument proof" lady - about gay issues, and particularly about the possibility to allow gay marriages here, in Poland.
People of that kind are really strange.
They demand tolerance for all the eccentricities from everyone, claiming, that they are super-tolerant, but in fact they are extreme bigots.
That woman - when got rid off all her arguments, and obviously didn't now how to refute mine - stated, that she hoped, that there were not many more people with brain small like mine, who are employed on a position, like I am.
So I terminated the "discussion" and regreted, that I had engaged myself in it - as she spoiled the party (at least for me and my wife, who got called a "kitchen wife" by her).

A kitchen wife? You know, some people, in their twisted way of looking at the world, would consider that an insult, but frankly, I'm sure your wife is a wife of many talents, and if cooking is one of them, your whole family is blessed. MMMmmmmm... Reminds me, I need to try that new Polish restaurant in town.
As for me, someday I hope to be a kitchen husband myself. And having a kitchen wife would be all the better. ;)
