I do not think that his alcoholism should not be used as leverage against his position in office. It is his personal life, and to the best of my knowledge alcoholism is not illegal, nor were any charges made against him for breaking the law as a result of his alcoholism. Stupid liberal policies on the other hand, should be grounds for removal from office! :-)
