Too late, friend. A dread-locked, 350 lb. black man with a sheriff's badge hanging from his neck will be serving you with papers tomorrow.

I never think it's neccesary to attack someone on a personal level. No one has to agree with every opinion, but to do the name-calling thing or to be threatening to someone is so juvenile. If you can't stand the heat, stay outta the kitchen!

I was an AOL political chatroom moderator
Wow what a doozy of a moderating job lol
I worked for ZDNet, and then CNet after they bought ZDNet, moderating in the Windows Help forums and their GameSpot gaming forums for a few years. Gee, nothing beats moderating a video game forum full of teenagers and game addicts, or the various flame wars in other forums, or deleting porno pic posts lol- except perhaps moderating on AOL lol!

That question is being played out in what some lawyers claim is a first-of-its-kind lawsuit in Ohio, where a man claims he was humiliated online in an Internet chat room, and has filed a lawsuit over the incident.I thought it was gonna be a guy from Indiana suing Free Republic.

There are people looking to sue in hopes of hitting the lawsuit lottery all over the place and look for any possible opportunity. I know the suit has no merit, I just hate AOL...

This "guy" would never survive on a Creo/Evo, Civil War, etc. thread here.
The topic discussions are filler between the humiliations! ;)

The video in your ping is very violent and has caused me great emotional distress. I am afraid that someone might reach through my monitor and slap me. I am afraid to use my computer now.
$500,000.00 should help.

He was being teased? Then leave the chatroom. A lot easier to do that than it was in middle school with bullies, I'm sure. Just close the window. This is ridiculous.
Those of us discussing him and this article are probably going to end up becoming defendants in this lawsuit. LOL.

He needs to stay far, far away from the Al Franken blog--they eat you up and spit you out there.

LOL! I can see it now... "Your honor, we request the case be dismissed since by taking it to court, the plantif has proven he is infact a loser and deserving of ridicule."

This character, George Gillespie, is back on AOL and up to his old tricks under the screen name BeLaNoShowJune13@aol.com.
He hangs out in the room, “Politics - Democrats,” and tries to bully people, but gets very upset when people dish it back to him. He is a scammer.
