I seemed to open up a bit, but now tonight the sinuses were hurting. May just be stress. I was just trying so hard to get the car to the body shop and the stereo put in at the same time and all coordinated earlier than today so I could have the car back before surgery and there was major lack of communication.

The insurance lady faxed the necessary stuff and then the receptionist was swearing they didn't have it and I was about to cry since I took everything out of the car and put it in the house and didn't have a claim number or anything.

One of the other people up there heard me getting upset and came over and made her stop her lazy nonsense. He found out which guy handled the account and such and they got me the rental car and everything real fast.
