Did you take that picture?

No they are on line. The ship also has its own web site.
I was one of the thousands that watched the homeporting
of the Reagan. Quite a ceremony. Nancy R. was there also.

Some lowlife POS broke into my car and I discovered on Christmas Eve that I was going to need major door repair, stereo replacement and an a/c/heater knob replaced. Just added to the enjoyment of illness that prompted me to go to the store for ginger ale and jell-o...

UGH! Dorian Gray ping

Now, now. To be fair, Helen and Maddie were born that way and morphed over time to be even worse on the inside than they are on the outside. With Dorian Gray, it was the opposite. [snicker]

Hi snugs. The hymn sheet for your mum is lovely. Thanks for sharing it with us. As promised, I did go and light a candle for her at my local church. Your mum lived a long and (I assume) a largely happy life, and she raised a very special daughter. It is well, now, that she rests in the loving arms of God. She is safely home.

There's a stanza from the lovely Willie Nelson song, Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain, that contains all our hopes:

Someday when we meet up yonder
We'll stroll hand in hand again
In the land that knows no parting
For blue eyes crying in the rain.

Was there anything about the Clinton Administration that wasn't disgusting and pathetic???

I can't think of anything other than the fact that it is over...

So glad to read the account of your mum's funeral and how Malcolm made such a great effort to be there for your dad and you.

"Great Is Thy Faithfulness" -- I wouldn't be able to get through that at a funeral without crying.

God bless you as you carry on. Thank you for sharing this with us.

It was an SUV; Cadillac.!!

Ah, okay :) That's the other end of the spectrum. Those bumper stickers are almost always either on a very old, ugly car or on a very nice, expensive car.
