Doesn't matter if it is Rockie. He is NOT allowed to leak it to the press. If he objected he could of brought the issue up before of a closed session of the US Senate. He could of offered legislation to CHANGE the law. He is NOT allowed to leak it to the Press.

He may have a very high clearance but I'd say he likely violated that when he pulled out the "old" letter to Cheney which was sealed in the Senate vault.

He spoke several times at NSA meetings and it's on the web. If he had a problem, that's what the "Secret" forums are about.

The only reason he kept that letter was for "insurance" purposes. There's probably more stuff someplace else.

I'm sure this leads back to Hillary. The guy should stay out of Marcy Park.
