I remember that too...it was in the '80's, I think. Jessica Lynch was the girl from Elizabeth, West Virginia that was rescued at the beginning of the war and publicized on tv...and also drew lines in the sand on FR about women serving in the armed forces.

Jessica Lynch is the young lady that was rescued behind enemy lines in Iraq. Jessica Mc Clintock was a toddler that fell into an abandon well in her grandmother's backyard. She was rescued after spending a day or so down in that well.
