Past the Claire Wolfe stage.

I was just thinking: the "awkward time" is over... at least in Canada.

You know, it would be a really bad thing if a few thousand people starting calling this hot line with.....questionable information.

You know, it would actually be hilarious if these call takers received the names of every anti-gun politician in Canada....3 or 4 hundred times each.

Not that I would advocate anything like that, but wouldn't that give you a chuckle? I know I'd get one out of it.

I would never advocate such a thing either, but if somebody WAS to do such a hilarious thing, I would hope that that person would make his or her phone calls from public phones or at least from phones which cannot be traced.

The Candians did something like that for a while, sending in bogus gun registration forms to clog up the system.

Canada is the home to some of the most ruthless labor bosses and the dumbest and most ruthless politicians in the civilized world.

I think that would be a terrific cause to use the sheer number of freepers for. So far as I can tell, there would not be anything illegal about it.

If the calls are coming from the US, would there be anything illegal about it?

The tip line would probably screen out calls from the USA, I'm guessing.
