Do they ever! I dumped that useless AIM program a long time ago. It was LOADED with spyware, and I rarely used it. AIM is also violently leftwing. Just like AOL. I'm stuck with it for now but considering moving to another ISP.
I had to use their insta messenger for about 2 weeks. I was very reluctant to downloading it. Now I even regret it more since I knew better doing it.
I needed to take a brillo pad to my whole system.
