Yeah that was when the Senate (actually, just Senator Warner) travelled all the way back to Washington (Warner crossed the river from Virginia) to vote (unanimous consent, nobody actually voted. Warner chose not to object to his own motion) to extend the Patriot Act for 6 weeks as the House wanted instead of the Senate's 6 months.
