And they still can't win an honest election!

Right, but they are getting better at trying to steal them. Now they have more illegals, more areas where ID is not required, electronic voting machines, and lots of other little tricks to fraudulently win. That is the area we need to be super vigilant about.

Have you seen my posts about teacher union dues ---- either opting out or giving the money to charity?

Well, at least that is one that boomeranged on them. Dancing on his grave didn't play too well with the public.

I don't know if our local school system has members in that organization but, 'Property Tax Revolt' somehow comes to mind.

How do I find your posts on opting out of NEA dues?

you are sorely uninformed. most teachers in the district I teach in would revolt if they found out where their money actually went. sure, some of them up north may be all for most of these groups, but you paint a broad brush with your statement. elementary teachers would especially be ashamed to find out where their money went, in my experience.

Hay Teachers everywhere, that huge sucking sound you hear is your dues money being flushed down the Lib's sewer. You must be very proud of the results. LOL. Amen.

That's how I feel as well. I wish I had the time and access to a copy machine - I'd like to put this on the windshields of all their cars in the school parking lots so they can see.

What have you done about giving your union dues to charity instead of to the union thugs? I will be glad to help you.

Trying to convince me that the current public school system is a destructive force in American society?

You're too late! I figured that out 25 years ago.

"Gotta be a typo, more that 10,000 teachers in the NEA."

More like 9,500 lazy, ignorant, union back-sliders...and 500 actual teachers.

Maybe you should just advise her to becomne a union worker. That way she can draw a salary in excess of $200,000.

There are good alternatives to the remorselessly liberal NEA. Here's the best, in my opinion:

The Association of American Educators ["The Association of American Educators is the largest national, non-union, professional teacher association, offering educators an alternative to partisan politics and non-educational agendas of the teacher labor unions."]
