Thanks; I appreciate your thoughts. It's tough on MIL and husb. as their relationship with FIL has been so bad recently . . . yet that love for him, in some form, is still there . . .

What did you do to celebrate the new year today? It was a nice, peaceful day here, despite the worry about FIL.

Did you get snow the last few weeks? I heard on the news there was an unusual amount in some areas.

I feel for your husband and MIL, is your FIL aware/concious, prayers that all of them may find some form of peace.

We had quite heavy snow earlier in the week but it has gone now.

I did not do much for New Year for one thing neither me or dad are really in the celebrating mood but we had a long lay in as watched FNC last night to see the ball drop/I was freeping on the dose and on the New Year Live Thread. We then had a nice meal tonight, roast gammon (bacon) roast potatoes and steamed cabbage.
