A good question. For me, at least, it lies in your assumption that because intelligent designers make things that are organized, things that are organized come from an intelligent designer. Besides - you use the word deduced - I thought deduction was a process whereby alternate explanations are falsified. Have you falsified ToE? No, you skipped it entirely (see above).
