Good for you, not being able to breathe will convince you in a hurry, won't it. I had childhood asthma and I remember not being able to catch my breath, it is scary. The only thing that triggers my asthma now is tobacco smoke, so I avoid it as much as possible.

Good for you, not being able to breathe will convince you in a hurry, won't it Sure will! Unfortunately, I live in the San Joaquin Valley. We have about the most dirty air in the entire country. Even people with healthy lungs have a hard time breathing here. It IS scary not being able to breathe. I didn't quit by choice, I only quit when I had no choice....but I DID quit and that's all that matters.
