Happy New Year!
Have to stay at home for New Years Eve.....crazy people shooting off fireworks!! Need to keep the dry grass and bushes damp and pray a spark doesn't get us!
No resolutions. And for recipes.....Artichoke dip and stuffed mushrooms. So far....I'm addicted to football, so all cooking will have to be done at halftime or between games!
Yes...my daughter and her husband were going to go visit friends out of town...but, their house backs up to Marine Creek Lake...and that is notorious spot for shooting off fireworks..
They were afraid if they went, their house and doggies might be gone when they got back.
I told her...at first sign or sound of a firecracker, to call the fire dept. or police dept.---this isn't funny this year.
