Hey guys...I don't want to rain on ya'lls New Year's parade..but, we have some freepers that are being abused...and I thought ya'll might want to know.
Don't know what we can do...but, this calls for some action..our troops deserve better than this.
I will no longer drink alcohol unless I'm alone or with somebody :-)
Hi EC...I did pray for you the other night. Hope your dinner went well.
Your post made me think of something a friend told me when I was single. He said that I was not just picking lemons, I was sitting under the lemon tree. LOL It was so true. At the same time, another friend was trying to encourage me to get to know my now husband, who lived in the next state. That was 20 years ago exactly and I was living in Atlanta.
I know I sound pessimistic, but I think Atlanta is a tough town for a single females. I never had much success there, and I was quite attractive 20 years ago, unattached and in my mid-twenties. Someday I will write a book of all my dating fiascos.
My gosh...I would be honored for you to pray for me...but, I have to say...that there are BILLIONS of people in more need than me.
I am truly blessed to have found FR...and you and other very, very compassionate (not a 4 letter word, IMHO), friendly, and funny, fun people.
But, I would never turn away prayer...you are very nice to do that for me.
Okay...EC...here is a guy, that you LIKE, that makes cookies from scratch..
