When I was a Cub, it was Wolf, Bear, Lion, then Webelos.

No more Lions... Now they have a younger group, called Tigers, starts in 1st grade.

Progress is:

Tiger
Bobcat
Wolf
Bear

The above three are CUBS

Then you have WEBLOS (We'll Be Loyal Scouts)
Year 1 and Year 2.

There is no longer a Lion rank.
