You know the Big Foot stories in this country have a pretty fascinating history to them. When he was hunting out west in northern California, President Theodore Roosevelt wrote of having encounters with the creatures. Native Americans have stories and history going back long before the first coming of the Europeans. I'm delighted to hear that the finest minds in the universe will now be focused upon this weighty issue (snort!) .  With such overwhelming intellectual horsepower being brought to bear upon the subject we will no doubt have a definitive answer in short order.  :-)

Perhaps if they have time they can also find evidence of the long suspected direct genetic link from Helen Thomas to her forbears.
