The UN has outlived it's usefullness, and needs to be mercifully put down, like the old dog that it is. The world will be a better place after it's gone.
Yes, the UN is a totally dysfunctional institution which is why Bill would fit right in. Aside from the biggest financial swindle in modern history (Oil-for-Food) there was a huge sex scandal. Bill could even get Cuban cigars to carry on the tradition he started in the Oval Office. And can't we imagine him biting his lip and saying, "I did NOT have sex on THAT continent!"
