Emergency room for the flu?Yeah, the illegals use the emergency rooms for health care because they have to treat them for free. So, if you have an emergency, you can plan on waiting several hours for care because there are 250 illegals ahead of you with colds or the flu.

I figured this was the case, as we have had the flu here as the rest of my extended family and their kids, and never had to go to an ER.

That's why in AZ we go by ambulance. Never walk in to a hospital. You'll be there for hours on end.
I go to my doctor if it's during office hours, but it always seems you get sick after office hours.

If you weren't sick before entering the ER, you will be before you leave. Nothing like arriving with a broken bone and leaving infected with a variety of different diseases. Better to stay home unless you have a life threatening emergency. Too bad that's what the ER was intended to cover.
