Why are black supremacy organizations such as the NAACP, PUSH and the Rainbow Coalition seen as OK and even get tax money, while white supremacy organizations are always condemned?

Most white supremacy orgs tend to be more aggressive with their tactics than PUSH/Rainbow or NAACP. Then there's the lingering backlash against the excesses of Jim Crow. The pushback is starting, though: witness the high school kid who tried to start a whites club at his school, and other similar white-heritage (but not anti-anything) attempts.
Because we're still in the "Reparations Discovery Phase" of the the Secret Trial Against White People? ;)
National Alliance/Vanguard News is worthy of condemnation. Though I don't like their political positions, I haven't seen the NAACP, PUSH, or Rainbow take positions of racial superiority or exclusivity.

You need to go back to the founding principles of the Communist movement for an answer. In order to defeat America the plan was to attack the foundations of society rather then a traditional military action. So anything that anybody can invent that is outside the normal WASP mind set is promoted over and above the traditional WASP culture. This gives us gay rights, tolerance, drugs, crime without any real punishment, welfare, and most importantly multiculturalism. The best way to eliminate that hard working, god fearing, tax paying, military enlisting WASP was to dilute him with lazy bums from all over the world. Rome went the same way but it was an accident that was not seen coming. In this case it is quite deliberate.
