If the record companies can sue private citizens for violating copyright law (and punitive damages), including little old ladies and small children.
Why can't private citizens sue Companies for violating the IMMIGRATION laws?
These companies aren't just violating the law, they increasing the burden to the tax payer and hurting Americans competing for those jobs.
