Ranked by the editors of Human Events

1. Sen. Lincoln Chafee (R.I.)

Once approached by Democratic Leader Harry Reid to switch parties, Chafee has long supported liberal polices. He backs legal abortion, gay rights, federal-funded health care, strict environmental protections and a higher minimum wage. Opposes ANWR drilling. Also was the only Republican in Congress not to endorse the President's reelection and one of three who tried to gut Bush's tax cuts.

Let's see....In teh past year or so, Ricky has:

Supported Pro-abort Arlen over Pat Toomey

Supported an increase in the minimum wage

Supported LOST

Sponsored a bill to guarantee Socialist Insecurity payments from an insolvent system.....

and in a recent Townhall.com column urged Americans to embrace the call to "give" a higher percentage of our GDP to foreign aid. I'm sure Kofi Annan was tickled at the prospect of having even more money to waste, er, um, invest in developing nations.

Yeah, some conservative. Conservatives can no longer afford to send him to "serve". He's not conservative and he's not principled. He's a self-serving political tramp who will do or say anything to be re-elected. Game Over.

"Well, when I think about who deserves my support I'm going to look at more than their voting record. I'm going to look at their principles, their love of freedom and free enterprise, their respect for the constitution and how they hold up under fire.

I'm afraid McCain fails miserably on all counts."

Even with just the voting record alone you can see his steady deterioration. ACU gave him the lifetime voting record of 83% conservative, but for 2004 alone it was 72%, and 2003 it was 75%. By the time he'd be in the White House he'd be a Bill Clinton clone.

Frist is not a rino.

He has a very conservative voting record.
