Good. How was your Christmas? Ours was very nice but we were glad to get back home. One of my cousins died on the 23rd. I got to see a niece during the weekend. It was the first time I had seen her since her son's death in October.

Those pictures are very good. I love Pres. Bush with children.

Sorry about your relative's death, especially at this time of year.

My Christmas was different from any previous. I was raised in the Episcopal church, where we went to the midnight service (10:30 PM to midnight or so) to sing carols on Christmas Eve, but as an adult I have gone to evangelical-charismatic churches and if they have held serivces when Christmas falls on a Sunday, I don't recall. In any case, I never went to one till this year, and I really liked going.

I spent Christmas Eve with friends, then my son came over on Christmas day, with a bad chest cold, so he only stayed a couple hours. Then to dinner with some other friends, and I relaxed at home in the evening with another friend. Very nice. I got everything I wanted the most, and more. =)
