[history]
China will never go down, and don't think you can banish communism. Because the people won't let it. They know they are the last standing, they are the only ones left. America is in a decline while China's climaxing, America will go down. We are just done with our prime, if anything, we were going into a depression since 1992 (and don't say you don't know that year). Communism is the American's medias' worst nightmare, because of censorship. I hope we all have to read one newspaper and wipe my butt with one brand of tiolet paper. I hope we all die for our next generations to wear the red armband. We deserved 9/11, and they enjoyed it. You probably hate me now, I know, you just still think like its 1945, well too bad its 2005. We only stand to fall.

No post-clebratory hangover, then? ;)
So, what happens next, in terms of the political process? When do the newly elected take office?

Heh. No, my head is fine.
It's going to be tough to get our bills passed with such a small minority, but I think Canadians want to see Parliament work, so time will tell.
I'm not sure how long the transition will take...maybe mid-Feb.

Bad idea - the last thing I need is for them all to have colds when we have the baby!

Mud does not cause colds; germs do. Find germ-free mud. ;)

Germ-free children would be better! Maybe it will clear up later, and we can go to the library.

In a libertarian world, Bob, or Bob's family, would ALSO be armed. Jim can either barter for the food, or die. Either via starvation or from return gunfire.
You are pushing a non-point.

The incompetent, passive-aggressive, and the indolent would soon have to learn new traits, or die off through their own stupidity. I don't see this as a bad thing. The gene pool is long over due for some chlorine.
If you can't behave yourself, be careful. The next person you decide to assault may be faster on the draw than you and will end your overly aggressive tendencies for you.

Good. Starting to show some signs of strain on the joints though. I've been pushing it a bit lately. Started on some supplements and they are doing odd things to my water retention. Haven't lost anymore weight, but the proportions are still a-changin'. Down three notches on the belt and I feel pretty good over all.
Aside from the stomach flu thing that Ana brought home last week that is... That ain't so hot. At least I seem to be the least effected of all those that we know of that had this. Apparently, one of the kids in Ana's little play-date circle visited southern California last week. Brought home a nice batch of Central American Stomach flu. It's now making the rounds of our neighborhood. From what the doctor said, Texas and California are in the middle of a mini-epidemic and emergency rooms are crammed with kids.
Other than that... doing great. Ana is feeling much better and the in-laws should be back from Arizona today to retrieve their animals that they left with us. They'll be around a few days and probably take off by the weekend.
It'll benice to have my house back...

I'm glad Ana is doing better! We've been through some of those baby stomach flu's ... YUCK!
James has an oozing eye the last couple of days. I think it's just an irritation - can't imagine where he would get pinkeye, because he's barely left the house the last week.

Yeah... this was our first serious one. Zonja took her in to the doctor the other day and got the 411 on the mini-epidemic and the regional info.
Oozing eye? Normally pink has, well... the pinkening of the sclara as its main symptom. Infected tear duct? Sinus infection? Bug bite?
Eye problems kinda freak me out a bit as I'm a bit over protective of my own eyes. Working in the garage on the cars, or at the range, I always wear eye protection. My eyes are probably one of my best features and I'd hate to lose one.

We're just wiping the gunge off and waiting for it to improve, at the moment, but we have some antibiotic eye drops if it seems to be necessary.

Pink-eye has an incubation period of 7 -10 days. Where were any and all of you ten days prior to the onset of symptoms? If it's just tears, probably safe. If it's gunk, better to be safe than sorry. Start treating and wash the house down with a mild bleach solution. You do not need this right now.
