It is still early, this story will probably change 10 times before a final report is settled upon.
Personally speaking it does NOT matter to me who used the gas, sure sounds like terrorism anyway it is presented.
Putin appears to think he can pick and choose his good terrorists and bad terrorists. Iran and Syria are his ok terrorists sponsor nations.
