Ok, but on the positive side...these guys run profitable hotels. They don't go bankrupt. You need to ask yourself how they do it. Obviously, they cut corners and they might not change sheets everyday...but generally, they run excellent hotels and most folks recommend them.

I believe Patel means innkeeper.
I always wondered if they operate the same as the Chinese bankers all named Chang. Always a question about who owns the business.

That was my thought. They don't run 20,000 motels. They run 19,800 motels, and maybe 200 hotels.
There *is* a difference.
